Great service!!!

Been a resident here for 4yrs. I enjoy living here. Office staff always provides outstanding customer service, & maintenance does a great job. Looking for a great location with convenience, look no further.

great community for living!

I have been living in this facility for 4 years. It is a great place for family living. Location is so convenient. Management is friendly and responsive. Maintenance services are usually on time.To sum up, I feel homely and safe living in this complex.

Home away from Home

About Santa Fe Ranch

My realtor told me I have made a really good decision when I sign up the contract. The personnel at the office are very welcoming and friendly. They are always there to help. Very quick maintenance response. I have found parking whenever I get home late. I highly recommend this place. So far, so good.

Replacement? of kitchen Sink

Best Amneties

We enjoyed the new orange bright pool furniture while ours kids were learning swimming. The landscaping is beautiful around the pool .

safe and good community

In 2days I celebrate my first month @Santa Fe Ranch. And I love it! move in process was very efficient, Office staff is very friendly. Love the amenities and my neighbors are very friendly. Parking can get tricky but so far tolerable.

Soothing aesthetic community to live in Irving!!

I booked this property through online without seeing the apartment and the community. But after I re-located to this community I realized that I made a perfect choice in choosing Santa Fe Ranch. The design and color of the building brings a aesthetic look. If I want to be precise, the community shows interest in minute things. Eg: The stones distributed outside each buildings are taken so much care to be painted matching to the wall color to give a aesthetic look. Also, the community is soothing and brings you a pleasant calm surronding with greens all over. Parking is never a concerns for me and as well as my visitors. Visitors enjoy a nearby place every apartments for parking. The management is good is maintenance and service to take care of our needs. I would recommend my friends to this community always! Way to go Santa fe!

Best Place to Live in Irving Corporate World

Best Place to live ever! They office management is very warm, hospitable, friendly and very professional! The lady by the name of Martha is amazing! She has the best customer service I have ever seen! The maintenance staff are always on top of their game - very fast, and super efficient! The amenities such as the Gym and pool are well maintained. Ooh and wait - they recently installed new pool chairs and covers... the place looks magical! The entire property is a like a paradise island in the beautiful corporate word of Irving. We've been living here for close to 3 years now and we plan to renew our lease for years to come! Great management, peaceful residents. Best environment to raise a family. This is place is like a golden treasure - so heavenly!!

Good choice

I am living here since last 7 months and I must say that I had the best experience. To start with the location of Santa Fe is perfect.. Parks, Walmart, Indian store sams club, kohls and all the good restaurants are within 5 mins drive. The apartment layouts are good, good amenities, staff is always helpful, maintenance team is super quick (most of my requests are completed in less than 24 hours of reporting). Before taking an apartment here, I have visited most of communities available in the area but a last I am happy that I made a good choice. There are few things which could have been better are like swimming pool and gym. A tennis court would have been a big plus. But overall I am pretty happy living here.

Love it here!

I liked living here so much, that when my lease was up and I needed a smaller apartment, I rented here again. The transition was smooth and it still feels like home. It's a quiet, family friendly complex. Staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance is timely. When my Daughter had foot surgery and was given a temporary disabled placard for parking, the staff put a disabled parking sign in front of our apartment. I'm hoping to buy a permanent home in the next year, and will miss this place when I leave.

Excellent place to live, Great staff to work with

This is my second renewal in this apartment, and have referred few of my colleagues to this apt for the same reason. Excellent place to live, you have your privacy and it feels like home. People are friendly, staff is very cooperative. Service/Maintenance is very prompt. No complains. Santa fe Ranch is always there for you to take care of your needs.

So far so good!

I've only lived here at Santa Fe for about a month now but so far it's been great! It's a beautiful apartment complex, very pet friendly, parking hasn't been an issue for me, the pool area is great so I'm happy. The only thing I would improve on is the timeliness which maintenance responds to requests. Other than that so far so good.

Really Wow !

I have renewed my 3rd year recently in this Apartment all because of the office staff, location and Maintenance of the property. They set an example to others on how to run apartment business. Overall i have ten years of rental experience across various locations. This is the Best. Nice People, Good Management and very professional.

Wonderful experience...

I came to Irving to visit my son, who is residing in 2 bed room apartment. I am feeling the place very nice and peaceful and the amenities provided are really wonderful. At the age of 67 years, I think my stay here for next few months will be wonderful!

My Year at Santa Fe Ranch

After living here for almost one year, I must say that this was the best apartment I have lived in...and I've lived in many apartments over the years. The truth of the matter is, I got extremely lucky with the Amarillo floor plan in Building 8245. Seriously, if you need a one bed/one bath with an office, check and see if there are any units available in the far NW corner of the complex. The parking in that area of the complex is nearly always available (except on weekends after dinner). There are fewer neighbors in that area, and the buildings only go up 2 levels instead of 3. Basically, my point is that it is very quiet where I reside. Aside from a few kids playing in nearby backyards, and a few jets flying overhead, the noise is minimal. We rarely had issues with our apartment itself, aside from a never-ending wasp infestation on the patio. With other "normal" apartment issues, maintenance was fast and efficient, overall. Martha and Starla were always helpful in the office, and both could always remember my name and apartment number without asking. That always impressed me, to be honest. The only reason I will be moving out of this complex is due to my girlfriend and I breaking up, so the apartment isn't affordable anymore with my single income. Everything about our apartment looked new, functioned properly, and rarely required a maintenance call. The only thing I will say that always perturbed me over the past year is that most of the tenants have limited street etiquette, i.e. run stop signs within the complex, or they would walk in the middle of the road instead of using sidewalks. You really need to be careful while driving through the complex. I've lost count of the number of close-calls I've had with people nearly running into me at intersections and curves within the complex's parking lot. However, I'm sure that is normal with most complexes. Overall, I give this place a 4.5 out of 5 rating. If I could afford it, I would have renewed for sure!

Nice Community, Management and Staff

I have been living here for the third year. Management very responsible on the safety concerns and very friendly on the lease renewal. Good Place as it is close to many shops.

I moved from Houston. They got me taken care of over the phone in less than a week and made sure I moved in and got settled with ease.

The best thing about Santa Fe Ranch is they care about the tenants with activities and by celebrating holidays.

The community has a beautiful view and are very nice apartments. I love the dining area and living room separation in my unit!
