Home For the Holidays!

Are you home for the holidays this year? So are we! Come share our holiday spirit with us at the clubhouse! We would like to invite you to OUR home for a cup of hot chocolate, holiday photos by our beautiful tree or around the fireplace. Gift wrapping supplies will be available in our conference room as well! We are open for home for the holidays Monday-Tuesday, December 22-23 from 8:30-6:00 PM and open Wednesday, December 24, Christmas Eve, from 8:30-3:00 PM!

Late Package Pickup-Available next week!

We will stay open late an extra hour all of next week from December 15-December 19 until 7 PM so those of you that can’t get here in time to pick up your packages can come by. However, since we are CLOSED at NOON next Wednesday, December 17th, we are not available on Wednesday. Our package room is overfilling and we do not have the space available to hold your package for more then 7 days due to the high volume of packages during this time of year. Please make arrangements to pick up your packages. We are not responsible for any lost packages so it is best for you to pick them up as soon as you can.

  • WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 24-CLOSE AT 3 PM
  • THURSDAY, DECEMBER 25-CLOSED
  • FRIDAY, DECEMBER 26-CLOSED
  • WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31-CLOSE AT 3 PM
  • THURSDAY, JANUARY 1-CLOSED

January Rent

JANUARY RENT IS DUE AS USUAL. THERE IS A TWO DAY GRACE PERIOD TO PAY RENT. ANY RENT RECEIVED AFTER 6 PM, JANUARY 3RD WILL BE ASSESSED A NORMAL $50 LATE FEE DESPITE OFFICE CLOSURES RENT CAN BE MAILED OR SUBMITTED ONLINE AT WWW.SANTAFERANCH-APTS.COM

On Call Maintenance during the Holidays

IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE A TRUE MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY THAT CAN’T WAIT TO BE ADDRESSED DURING NORMAL OFFICE HOURS, PLEASE CALL (972)763-2600 AND FOLLOW THE PROMPTS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR MAINTENANCE STAFF ON CALL. MAINTENANCE WILL RETURN ALL CALLS, HOWEVER, THEY WILL ONLY RESPOND TO MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES SUCH AS FLOODING, FIRE, HVAC PROBLEMS, AND ELECTRICITY OUT.
