I am a resident at the Santa Fe Ranch Apartment Complex, and I have been for the past year. I am getting married this summer, and my fiancé and I are looking to move into a larger apartment. We have loved our time (both living in separate apartments) at the SFR Apts, and we have decided to return, but before making this decision we wanted to check around for other competitor’s prices. After having visited virtually every apartment complex within a 3-5 mile radius of the I-635/Macarthur intersection, my fiancé and I have decided that SFR has the nicest apartments in that area. In addition to that, the prices, on average, are about $150-$200 per month lower than any quality apartment complex we have encountered.

We tried our hardest, but we just couldn't find any reason to leave your complex. With the accommodations that your site manager and staff have made to make this important transition in our lives so easy, we now consider ourselves SFR residents for as long as we rent. Further, I hope that this email can be used to help get other residents, and I would be happy to talk to any potential residents in person about my SFR experience.

Finally, I would just like to say, "thank you" to Lane Dixon and the SFR staff and maintenance workers for giving us more than our money's worth over the past year.

Dear Management Company and Santa Fe Ranch Manager,

I wanted to write to let you know about how kind Pedro, of your maintenance staff, was to me today. He saw me carrying a large case of water and pulled his cart over and carried it for me to my apartment. I didn't even ask; he just offered. It was so nice and much appreciated. I will be sure to continue to refer my friends to this property!

First and foremost, and probably long overdue, let me express to you how much I greatly appreciate the level of service delivered by the Maintenance Crew. I don't believe I have ever known a property to have a team of people handle maintenance requests and the general upkeep of the property grounds as well as they do. They are professional, helpful, and attentive to these issues and it is greatly appreciated. Please let them know how much we appreciate everything they have done for us.
